Fluid material resistance

Our material resistance application gives recommendation on the resistance of the materials used in Hy-Lok products that are employed in processes with different fluids.

Media characteristics such as temperature fluctuations, concentration, high velocities and friction generally have an influence on the corrosion. 

All the factors that can influence the compatibility evaluation should therefore be taken into consideration before use. In order to have a reliable evaluation, we recommend that the material suitability is tested under the respective operating conditions.<br/>
