Application
TG Series valves are used for fast opening and closing (open/closed control) and are employed, for example, for sampling or as shut-off valves.

Fast opening and closing
The TG Series toggle valves allow quick and positive on/off control of media in applications with average pressure and temperature ranges. They are available as manually or pneumatically actuated valves.

- Straight form (standard) or elbow form (90 °)
- Various connections (Hy-Lok compression fitting, NPT male and female thread)
- Various bores and flow coefficients (0.11 ≤ cv ≤ 0.7)
- Optional accessories and maintenance kits
- Pneumatic drive on demand
- All toggle levers are tested with nitrogen at 1.1 times working pressure.
- The maximum leak rate during testing is 0.1 Ncm³/min.
- Hydrostatic test of the housing with 1.5 times the permissible working pressure
