Compression fittings

Hy-Lok compression fittings are very carefully designed and manufactured to specification so that they can be used for a wide range of applications in the chemicals and petrochemicals industry, in oil refineries, in power generation, shipbuilding, in cellulose and paper production, for microelectronics, etc. Every Hy-Lok pipe fitting has four parts: Body, front ferrule, rear ferrule and nut. The “two-ferrule design” compensates tolerances in pipe outside diameter, wall thickness and material hardness and ensures leak-free connections.

Super Duplex Hy-Lok screw fittings

Hy-Lok UNS S32750 Super Duplex stainless steel screw fittings offer high mechanical strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. These screw fittings ensure reliable and tight connections in a wide range of different corrosive environments, e.g. in the offshore oil and gas industry and in instrumentation systems where high working pressures are required.

These screw fittings can be installed measurable leak-tight and ensure adequate sealing and vibration-resistant clamping at high working pressures in conjunction with extremely hard pipes to SAF 2507TM.

These screw fittings can be installed quickly, easily and reliably using normal hand-held tools. Every size can be preassembled using pre-assembly mandrel and hydraulic pre-assembly tool.
