Ball valves of various designs for reliable and leak-free shut-off for both low-pressure and high-pressure applications. Depending on the design, various housing and seal materials, various nominal sizes and extensive accessories are available, allowing a wide range of applications. Hy-Lok ball valves can be integrated into the system using a wide range of connections, such as Hy-Lok compression fittings or various male and female threads. Some models offer the additional possibility of pneumatic drive.
The ball valves of the series HSO cover a wide range of applications in the chemical industry. In the standard version the ball seats that come in direct contact with the transported medium are made of RTFE or stainless steel. They are characterized by high material resistance to changing media and therefore offer a wide range of applications and protection of the highest degree when working with hazardous media.
The special feature of the HSO series is the ISO 5211 assembly interface, which allows a modular set-up of optional hand levers, stem extensions and actuators.
The modular assembly option results in the following advantages for the customer:

Seat material: | Reinforced PTFE or PEEK |
O-ring material: | PTFE (standard) or FKM (Viton) (with Hy-Lok compression fittings as end fitting) |
Standard Handle
The ball valve can be easily operated via the standard stainless steel handle. Material handle: stainless steel with PVC coating (red)
Nylon Handle
The nylon handle is suitable for installing and operating the ball valve in confined areas. Handle material: Dielectric nylon (black)
Key Lock Handle
The master key must be inserted into the handle to operate the ball valve. This can prevent malfunctions and accidents caused by incorrect operation by an untrained or unauthorized person during installation or inspections of the pipeline. Material handle: painted aluminum (blue)
Self Lock Handle
110 Series ball valves can be padlocked in the open position with this handle. The padlock is not included in the scope of delivery. Material handle: stainless steel with PVC coating (red)
Butterfly Handle
The butterfly handle from zinc is suitable for installation and operation of the ball valve in confined areas. Material handle: Nickel plated zinc
Push and Turn Handle
This handle locks the ball or stem in the normally open or closed position and can only be operated when pushed down in the normal position. Handle material: Dielectric Nylon (black)

Bulletin 112S ball valves are designed for applications where low dead space volume and low media containment are particularly important.
The built-in diaphragm spring is self-adjusting and can compensate for vibrations, as well as pressure and temperature changes. The one-piece pack of the improved TFM plastic has improved temperature response. The one-piece body reduces sources of error and minimizes dead space and media containment. In addition, Series 112S ball valves are constructed with a blow-proof ball pivot and blow-out proof spindle, enabling use in high-pressure piping systems.
